The ever evolving landscape of Facebook ads can be intimidating for a lot of agents, so you might be tempted to just sign up with HomeSnap and their offers to showcase your listings and sold properties or other companies now running Facebook ads for agents. I promise you will get much better results if you create your own Facebook ads, at a much lower cost. Yes, there is a learning curve, but I have put together this training video to walk you through the steps of what makes an ad effective. You’ll learn how to make sure you have an objective for each ad, an ad style that works with your goal, and ways to get leads from your ads.

For those agents that do not have a website with IDX or maybe have IDX but you cannot force registration, you can focus on Facebook lead ads that will be discussed in the video. For those you will simply need something they can download which could be a listing report from your MLS, sold data, etc. Any PDF you can put together!
